On the observe (heads) side, it either depicts a young or older aureate and cuirassed portrait King George II (1683-1760), King of Great Britian and Ireland (1727-1760). Around the portrait has the Latin abbreviated Text"GEORGIUS II REX" which translates to "King George II". On the reverse (tails) side, it depicts an image of the personification of Britain, Britianina with the Textabove being "BRITANNIA" and at the bottom the date of mintage.
