Name/TitleGeorge III, 3rd/4th issue, halfpenny (1799/1806-07) (uncertain dates) (5 coins)

About this objectFive halfpennies, minted between 1798-1806 and they are a mix of 3rd and 4th issues. On the obverse (heads), it depicts King George III (1738-1820), King of Great Britain and Ireland (1760-1820) either with long hair (3rd issue) or short hair (4th issue) with a laural wreath. Around the bust is the Latin apprivation "GEORGIUS III D G REX" which translates to "George the Third, by the grace of God, King.". On the reverse (tails) side, it depicts an image of the personification of Britain, Britianina with the Textabove being "BRITANNIA". At the bottom is the date of mintage.
